I think one of the most similar movie characters to drake napalm is the human torch, they have very similar powers as each other and use their powers in the same way, to stop crime. although they are far from the same. the human torch is a fairly 'cool' athletic person whilst drake is some what of a geek. also the human torch was born with his powers where as drake got his in a chemical accident.
